The Genesis and Vision Behind CeSCube
In many institutional environments, early-career researchers are relegated to peripheral data gathering without receiving equitable attribution or analytical ownership. Personal prestige often supersedes collaborative discovery.
CeSCube was conceived when Co-Founder Mr. Aditya Singh Maurya sat with his mentor, the Late Professor (Dr.) Pankaj Jha (former Deputy Director at the National Security Council Secretariat, PMO), to conceptualize a research sanctuary where emerging thinkers collaborate as intellectual equals with established professionals. This vision crystallized into a panarchic structure (drawing on the concept coined by Paul Émile de Puydt) that dismantles hierarchical research barriers.

The governing council consists of nine members representing three balanced cohorts of the strategic community.
Dynamics
Ages 25–39Scholars and researchers aged 25–39 hold three seats on the governing council. This cohort of emerging researchers brings innovative analytical methodologies, technological literacy, and fresh perspectives to complex strategic dilemmas and emerging security domains.
Professionals
Ages 40–55Practitioners and mid-career scholars aged 40–55 hold three seats on the governing council. These individuals steer academic debates and policy discourses with deep domain experience, institutional grounding, and substantial contributions to defense literature.
Experts
Ages 55+Senior fellows, flag officers, and veteran diplomats aged 55 and above hold three seats on the governing council. These senior advisors contribute decades of operational experience, validated strategic insights, and high-level policy counsel to government and international forums.
