Dr Vo Xuan Vinh is the Deputy Director General, Institute for Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS Vietnam), Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), Hanoi. He is also the Director of Centre for Australia and New Zealand Studies under ISEAS Vietnam. He successfully defenced his PhD thesis on ASEAN in India’s Look East Policy in 2011. Dr. Vo Xuan Vinh has conducted research on various fields of Southeast Asia studies,mostly on politics, security and international relations, and India’s Look/Act East Policy. His fields of specialization include politics and international relations in Indo Pacific, maritime security in Southeast Asia, politics of Thailand and Myanmar, and India’s Look/Act East Policy. He has contributed research papers and conference papers for Indian Council of World Affairs, Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, Maritime Affairs, Journal of Indian Ocean Studies, World Focus, … He is now leading two research projects, one on India-China Strategic Rivalry in Southeast Asia, and the other on Australia-ASEAN Relations.

Aishwarya Tiwari

Aishwarya Tiwari is a graduate from O.P Jindal University, and holds a bachelor’s in International Relations. Over the course of her under-graduation she has worked in areas related to Indian foreign policy, Chinese foreign policy and diplomacy, and Jewish history and society. She has also extensively engaged consular work at The Embassy of People’s republic of China. Foreign Policy, cultural politics, social history and Chinese philosophy and diplomacy are some of her areas of interest. She is currently associated with CESCUBE as a research intern.

Chloe Premat

Chloe Premat is a French graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in European and Global Studies, specializing in Geopolitical Challenges, at the University of Padua, Italy. Her academic interests focus on international relations, European affairs, strategic autonomy, and emerging geopolitical challenges. At CeSCube, she contributes to research and analytical articles examining contemporary security, political, and technological issues. Through this experience, she aims to strengthen her research and analytical skills while developing a deeper understanding of global strategic dynamics and the challenges shaping Europe’s role in an increasingly interconnected international environment.

Mahananda Ray

Mahananda Ray holds a BA in Political Science from Miranda House, University of Delhi and is pursuing MA in Politics (specialization in International Relations) from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her research interests include energy and climate, environmental policy and strategic studies, as well as Eurasia and East Asia regions.

Manisha Ghosh

Manisha Ghosh is an undergraduate student of International Relations with her research interests spanning global diplomacy, foreign affairs, peace and security, war and conflict resolution, and human rights. With her minor specialisation in World history, her work engages with themes involving geopolitics, maritime security, international law and non-traditional threats to security especially in the Indo-Pacific and South-east Asia. Besides these, she is also interested in research engaging with public policy, climate politics and identity politics. Manisha enjoys exploring how political realities shape the global landscape, in the twenty-first century.

Niharika Tarneja

Niharika is a student, who will do her MA in International Relations from King's College London. She is interested in opportunities in the field of International Relations, especially as a researcher/conflict and negotiations specialist. She has graduated from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies with a degree in BA (Hons) Economics. She has been an excellent communicator who works well with individuals on all levels and have done several courses on the same, a good leader and have the ability to work well with my peers. She is currently Research Assistant with CESCUBE.

Sayed Samreen

Samreen is a final year History major student at the University of Delhi with a minor in Political science. She has a strong inclination toward research-oriented academic writing.
