Faiza Mudassir is a fourth-year Economics (Honours) undergraduate student with Political Science as a minor, which has fostered their interest in public policy, international affairs, and the intersection of economic and political developments. Their academic background has encouraged them to approach issues through an interdisciplinary lens rather than viewing disciplines in isolation. They are passionate about research and have authored multiple research papers and published articles on a range of topics. Alongside policy-oriented research, they are also interested in market and corporate research, particularly in understanding how economic, political, and business dynamics shape decision-making and development.

Gargi Shanbhag

Gargi Shanbhag is a research assistant at Chanakya University’s Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems. Her research interests lie at an intersection of India’s Foreign Policy, Defence and Non-Western IR Thought. Her focus areas are Strategic Thought, Civilizational IR, Geopolitics of South Asia and the wider Indo-Pacific, and Terrorism.

Gilar Budi Pratama

Gilar Budi Pratama is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran (FPIK UNPAD), Indonesia. His research expertise lies in fisheries oceanography, pelagic fish habitat distribution modelling, and spatial analysis for capture fisheries management. His work focuses on integrating satellite oceanographic data and statistical modelling approaches to understand the dynamics of tropical tuna habitats and their implications for ecosystem-based fisheries management. His research explores the relationship between oceanographic variability, habitat dynamics of large pelagic species, and sustainable fisheries governance in the Indian Ocean and the Maritime Continent region. Through an interdisciplinary approach combining oceanography, fisheries ecology, and spatial modelling, his work aims to support the development of fisheries policies that are adaptive to climate change and the dynamic nature of tropical marine ecosystems.

Harini Vallal J

Harini Vallal J is a final-year Global Affairs student at Jindal School of International Affairs. She is an Intelligence Analyst at the Centre for Intelligence Research and Analyses (CIRA), specialising in global and economic security. Her research interests include trade, supply chains, and strategic industries. She also has experience in OSINT and tactical analysis, contributing to reports on geopolitical developments in Americas region.

Lady Ayu Sri Wijayanti

Lady Ayu Sri Wijayanti is an Assistant Professor and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran (FPIK UNPAD), Indonesia. Her research expertise lies in marine science, aquatic conservation, planktonology, deep-sea ecology, and aquatic resources management. Her work focuses on marine ecosystem dynamics, especially plankton communities and the interaction between oceanographic conditions and aquatic ecological processes. Her research explores marine biodiversity, ecosystem change, and the sustainable management of aquatic environments through an interdisciplinary approach combining marine ecology, conservation science, and aquatic resource management.

Author is a Doctoral fellow currently working on Swedish Feminist Foreign Policy. She has completed her graduation and post-graduation from University of Delhi. She is currently working on Feminist methodologies in international relations. Mukund Menon is a postgraduate in International Studies from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and holds a triple-major undergraduate degree in English, Political Science, and History from the same institution. His academic interests centre on International Relations, geopolitics, strategic studies, and history. He is passionate about research and academic writing, with a particular focus on contemporary global affairs, foreign policy, and emerging geopolitical dynamics. He served as a Research Intern at the SAARC Secretariat, Kathmandu, in 2025, where he engaged with issues related to regional cooperation and South Asian affairs. Nidhi Kondejkar

Nidhi Kondejkar is a student of International Relations from the Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts, with minors in Economics and Mathematics. Her research interests lie in Foreign Policy, International Security, and South Asian Geopolitics. She has been a student panellist at India’s G20 Presidency, a student at the LSE Summer School, and a research intern for various projects on Indian Strategic Thought. She is currently training in global security operations, focusing on geopolitical risk and international conflict, and brings together academic depth and field exposure.
