Rinto Sebastian Charles is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Studies at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. He has completed his Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Kerala University. His core interests lie in international relations, diplomacy and policy-oriented research. He also aspires to contribute to research-driven institutions, think tanks, and initiatives that engage with global governance and Indo-Pacific perspectives.

Ria Pillai

Ria Pillai is a Master’s student of Public Policy at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She is a political science gold medalist, and has been a Participatory Democracy Fellow with the Bangalore Political Action Committee - heading the pedestrian infrastructure development project. She currently works as an Information Officer at the Global Academy for Future Governance and is also a Climate City Pulse Fellow with Young Leaders for Active Citizenship. Ria’s interests lie at the intersection of geopolitics, sustainable development and artificial intelligence.

Shaped by her upbringing in an infantry family, she brings practical insight and a grounded understanding of military culture to her analysis. Her work examines India’s strategic challenges, military affairs, and the broader shifts defining the global security environment.

Devrat Sai Narang

Devrat Sai Narang is a second-year student of Diplomacy and Foreign Policy at the Jindal School of International Affairs. With experience at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research in Geneva and policy research think tank in India, he has worked on projects that cultivated his expertise in international diplomacy, global governance, negotiation and policy evaluation/research. Passionate about linking global affairs with culture and society, he enjoys exploring how ideas and narratives shape diplomacy. His research interests lie at the intersection of policy, culture, and global affairs, with a particular emphasis on negotiation, soft power and institutional reform. Skilled in research, writing, and analysis, he seeks to bridge policy, diplomacy and culture through meaningful contributions.

Tamanna Singh

Tamanna is a third-year student at Banasthali Vidyapith. Trained in the sciences and deeply interested in international relations, she combines scientific rigor with contemporary international theory to develop a multidisciplinary understanding of global affairs. Her key professional experiences include serving as a Research Intern at the Centre for Land Warfare Studies, where she worked on Russian military technology, and interning at the National Museum, where she gained insight into cultural diplomacy and heritage-based soft power. She continues to explore how science, strategy, and culture interact to shape contemporary geopolitics.

She has contributed to research, editorial, and evidence synthesis work at Campbell South Asia, The Research and Evaluation Centre, WWF India, and DRaS, across EGMs, systematic reviews, literature reviews, and qualitative analysis. She is skilled in turning complex global issues into clear, compelling insights. She is known for critical thinking, and delivering rigorous, evidence-based research that informs action.
