Saber Salem

Dr Saber Salem is an Associate Professor of International Relations and Diplomacy at the University of Fiji. Prior to joining academia, he worked with the United Nations in various roles and capacities and served as a Policy Analyst with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Dr Salem has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly articles published in Scopus-indexed journals in India and the United States. His research interests include foreign aid, conflict resolution, and climate change. He holds a Doctorate in Politics and International Relations from O.P. Jindal Global University.

Bhaskar Jha

Ragini Kashyap is a graduate from Delhi University and is currently pursuing Masters in Politics with specialisation in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her research area includes global political economy, Indo-China Relations and Emerging politics in the Indo-Pacific.

Aakansha Sengupta

Aakansha Sengupta is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the Department of International Relations at Jadavpur University. Her academic interests span across Gender and Politics, Peace and Conflict Resolution, International Politics, and Global Diplomacy. She also maintains a strong engagement with Public Policy, Administration, and key debates in Political Theory. In addition, Aakansha has a keen interest in Middle Eastern Politics, reflecting her broader focus on global affairs. Alongside her major in Political Science, she is also pursuing a minor in Sociology at Jadavpur University.

Kushmita Kapoor

Kushmita Kapoor is a postgraduate in Politics and International Relations with a particular interest in international security, geopolitics, and strategic policy frameworks. She has previously interned at the Future of India Foundation, where she engaged in policy-oriented research and gained hands-on experience in data analysis and policy research. Skilled in OSINT, GIS tools, and multilingual research, she brings a strong analytical lens to the study of strategic policy.

Riddhi Suthar is a final-year undergraduate student of Political Science with academic interests in international relations, internal security, public policy, and governance. Her research engages with contemporary security dynamics, institutional frameworks, and policy processes in the Indian and global context. She has presented a research paper at an academic conference, demonstrating her commitment to scholarly dialogue and analytical research. She is currently interning at the Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, Ahmedabad, where she is gaining practical insights into labour policy, governance mechanisms, and socio-economic policy research.
