Personal gratification still remains the key problem in the area of academic research.
The idea of the Centre was born when Mr Aditya Singh Maurya sat with his Professor (Dr) Pankaj Jha and narrated about a centre where young researchers can equally collaborate and work in alliance with professionals and experts. This will create a panarchic (word formed from Pan-archy coined by Paul Emile de Puyt) structure within a think- tank/research centre or organisation.
